The Position We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team. You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for occupational rehabilitation or NDIS clinical services. This is a hybrid position, reporting to a primary and secondary supervisor within both service areas. We are flexible with working hours and are seeking applicants interested in a full-time position , based in our Penrith/Parramatta offices! Day-to-day you can expect to: Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery. Manage a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes. Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports. Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications. Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances. Work with experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals to ensure timely and quality assistance is provided to our clients.
